One of Barossa’s best Cabernet Sauvignon, this full bodied wine comes from the Ashmead vineyard planted back in 1944. Typical flavour profile of blackcurrant, black cherries, prunes, olive, and dark chocolate is quite evident and with great intensity. The tannins are quite firm but not overpowering and gives the wine a nice mouthwatering sensation.
Grapes - 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Food Pairing - Sirloin and Ribeye is a must, and some juicy beef or pork sausage from the summer BBQ.
