One of the best vintages in the past two decades, coming into maturity now and still has decades of evolution. Complex flavours of blackberries, raspberries, cassis, with notes of cedar, pencil shavings, leather and chocolate. This wine is full of flavours and a long lasting finish that continues to linger in your mouth. 

Grapes - 68% Cabernet Sauvignon 32% Merlot 

Food Pairing - try with cheese such as Gouda and Comte. Perfect with grilled lamb chops or ribeye.
