Mount Edelstone Shiraz 2005

One of the best vintage from this historic vineyard. Made from 100% selected Shiraz planted in 1912, this is a wine with elegance, intensity and complexity. Ripe blackberries, blueberries and plums are accompanied by a complex blend of pepper, dark chocolate, coffee, and smoke. With nice ripe tannins, and a long lasting finish, this 2005 is not in its peak maturity and asking to be drunk now.
