Onkaparinga Syrah 2005

Planted in 1928 on top of grounds that dates back 750-1600 million years ago! Classified as a Grand Cru from this winery, this Onkaparinga vineyard produces one of the most perfumed Syrah you can find. It delivers nice oakiness, aromas of blackberries, blueberries, lead pencil, and tremendous earthiness. As with all Clarendon Hill wines, it is wonderfully balanced, and should last another decade.
